The Arizona Secretary of State and Corporations Commission are implementing a new online system that will temporarily impact business filings. See their notice below and be sure to plan accordingly for your business transactions!

Impact Dates: 12/29/2025 – 01/12/2026

“In partnership with the Arizona Secretary of State and the Arizona Corporation Commission, Business One Stop will temporarily take business formation and application services offline beginning December 29 at 1:00 PM through January 12, 2026 to support the Arizona Corporation Commission’s transition from eCorp Online to Business Connect AZ; users must complete and submit any in-progress applications by December 29, as applications not completed and submitted by that time will be cancelled.”
