As a reminder, in February of 2019 the Idaho Secretary of State launched a new system for their UCC Department. All filings prior to the new system going into effect have been assigned new filing numbers. The Legacy numbers prior to the launch are still linked to their respective filings and are still searchable in their system. You will notice this change when searching and viewing any filings that were submitted prior to February 2019.

As with any new system, glitches happen and are still being addressed. If you notice a possible error with the new system (i.e. Indexing, Links, etc.) the Idaho Secretary of State asks that the issue be reported to their office so they can have them corrected.

If you are unable to get through to their UCC Department, please do not hesitate to report the issue to our office. We will ensure the information makes its way to the appropriate individual for correction.

We have all been affected by COVID-19 to some degree. Whether business or personal, the impact has been felt globally.

While focusing on maintaining superior service for our clients, we have taken precautionary measures to ensure the health and safety of our own employees and their loved ones. We have implemented new procedures to allow the majority of our staff to work remotely. Those select few that are still in the office make sanitation and cleanliness a priority while practicing social distancing.

Our office is still open, however like most state offices, closed to the public. This means Service of Process is received through our drop box and any in-person interaction is conducted through the safety and separation of our glass doors. Our clients are very important to us and to make sure we remain open and staffed, the well being of our team is treated equally as important!
