Effective July 1, 2021, the Wyoming Secretary of State will be implementing filing fee increases for select filings in their Business Division. The increases will affect the following:
- Profit Corporations and Processing Cooperatives
- Nonprofit Corporations and Cooperative Marketing Associations
- Limited Liability Companies
- Limited Partnerships
- Registered Limited Liability Partnerships
- Statutory Foundations
- Statutory Trusts
- Registered Agents and Commercial Registered Agents
- Resident/Nonresident Motorist Summons
- Certificate of Existence/Evidence/Good Standings
- Certifications
- Monthly/Biannual/Yearly Database Downloads
